Your worry is our primary concern, so we put a list of frequently asked questions and our answers here for you.
Sorry that, as of now, we do not provide breakfast. Also, because all our rooms are in private property projects, there is no restaurant or food service available within the property.
As our rooms offer kitchens, it is a good chance to try making your own breakfast to enjoy with friends or your special one. Or if you prefer the fresh morning outside, there are so many good restaurants available nearby.
Once you click at the room you are interested, you will find the starting prices and all other details. Also, you can consult our staff via the hotline number. They are more than willing to give all the information you need.
Sorry that pets are not allowed in any of our rooms. If there is a change in our policy, we will let you know immediately.
Maximum number of guests vary according to room type:
- A studio accommodates up to 3 persons (children included)
- A 1-bedroom room accommodates up to 4 persons (children included)
- A 2-bedroom room accommodates up to 6 persons (children included)
- A 3-bedroom room accommodates up to 8 persons (children included)
- A 4-bedroom room accommodates up to 8-10 persons (children included)
** According to the policy, children defines individuals under 6 years old or those below 120 centimeters in height **
Please also be noted that the maximum guest policy is set by the property’s juristic person and the room owner. favstay, accordingly, cannot allow over occupancy in any case. Hence, for your own benefit, we recommend you select the room types that match the number of persons in your group. We believe there is always a room that is right for you.
A damage deposit would be collected. But don’t worry, if none of the room amenities is lost or damaged, you will get the amount back after check-out.
- For studio and 1-bedroom types, the deposit is 1,000 Baht per unit per stay.
- For 2-bedroom type, the deposit is 2,000 Baht per unit per stay.
- For 3-bedroom type, the deposit is 3,000 Baht per unit per stay.
- For 4-bedroom type, the deposit is 4,000 Baht per unit per stay.
Certainly, you will stay at the room you select. However, we reserve the right to change the room for you if necessary, such as when the room you booked requires major fixing or maintenance, so that your stay with us will be without a hassle.
We can assure you that you made the right choice. favstay is a registered company. So, you can be certain that you get what you pay for. Try our service, and we guarantee your satisfaction.
Except getting yourself prepared for a unique experience staying with us, you must bring along with you personal care products, e.g. towels, soaps, shampoos, toothbrushes and toothpastes, your swimwear (required at the property’s swimming pool), and food and drinks.
- In case of a 1-bedroom type, extra mattress, bedding, and pillows for the 3rd - 4th guests
- In case of a 2-bedroom type, extra mattress, bedding, and pillows for the 5th - 6th guests
- In case of a 3-bedroom type, extra mattress, bedding, and pillows for the 7th - 8th guests
- In case of a 4-bedroom type, extra mattress, bedding, and pillows for the 8th - 10th guests
We say hello (check-in) from 2 p.m. onwards, and say good-bye (check-out) before 12 p.m. at noon.
If you wish to check-in later than 5 p.m., please advise us in advance, so we can arrange the room key hand-over at your convenience. Upon arrival, please go to the juristic person office to check in. The check-in process is easy by simply telling your name (the one you provided us when booking) and the room number along with presenting your citizen ID card, and the room key will come right into your hands in a second.

Any cancellation made within 7 days before the booked date of arrival during long holidays and public holidays cannot be refunded. If you expect any changes to your booking, please advise us as soon as possible, and we will try our best to help you. At favstay, you are our family.
